SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods such as new collection releases, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to an inaccurate shipping address or payment issue, we will reach out to you directly at edenssupply@gmail.com. Please respond within 14 days — orders that cannot be resolved within that window will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Expedited shipping methods apply to transit time only and do not include processing time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to USPS, transit times and delivery are outside of our control. If your tracking shows your package is delayed or stuck, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at edenssupply@gmail.com within 7 days and we will do our best to help resolve it.
Please note that Priority Mail shipments include up to $50 of insurance through USPS. If you would like additional coverage, we recommend selecting a shipping method that includes full insurance at checkout.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to confirm your address and arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you prefer not to have your order reshipped, we will issue a refund for the item amount minus the original shipping charge.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Order Refusals
If a package is refused at the time of delivery, it will be treated as a return once received. A refund will be issued for the item amount minus the original shipping charge.
