Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order shipment date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — free of stains, odors, or damage of any kind.
All approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping with a trackable method — we are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Size Exchanges
We know our blanks — the boxy tee and the heavyweight — fit differently than what most people are used to. If you need a different size, we've got you. Contact us within 14 days of shipment at edenssupply@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us at edenssupply@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required, no hassle.
Final Sale
Items marked as sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the item amount minus the original shipping charge. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Our Standards
We trust our customers. In rare cases where returns show signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or patterns of abuse, we reserve the right to decline the return.
